Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Chiller Service Engineer in Ireland to perform commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial water/air cooled chillers and heat pumps. You will be the main technical service contact for complex systems within defined timeframes and service agreements, serving major FDI clients in pharma, life sciences and high-tech sectors.

Qualifications

Refrigeration F-GAS 2079 certificate.
Ammonia experience would be an advantage.
Trade qualification in Refrigeration or industrial electrician willing to cross train on YORK chillers and heat pumps.
Safe Pass Card & Manual Handling Certificate, NFQ 5 minimum.
Experience with water- and air-cooled chillers; commissioning experience a plus; factory training provided.
Experience with York, Sabroe, Trane, Carrier, or Daikin chillers.
Capable of working with limited supervision; no detailed procedures required.
Full Clean Irish Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Carry commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial water/air cooled chillers and heat pumps.
Primary technical service contact; resolve highly complex systems within defined timeframes and processes.
