Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Chiller Service Engineers with a customer-focused culture.
• Drive safety-first mindset and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, resources, and service delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinators, Operations Managers, and Sales Teams to ensure service excellence.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing technical development of staff.
