Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with European electrical directives and standards (CE marking, LV Directive, EMC Directive, Machinery Directive).
• Proficient in electrical design and able to translate ideas into the product.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, primarily within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Complete detailed design of electrical power panels, control panels, VSDs, and wire harnesses per CE marking and EN/IEC standards.
• Work under supervision following defined processes to implement design ideas.
• Define and plan activities for projects and complete detailed design work.
• Write product specifications and coordinate documentation release for designs.
• Provide support to engineers, designers, operations, marketing, and service teams; mentor juniors.
• Report status of work and team progress with clear communication.
• Assist in test programs to validate electrical performance and troubleshoot sub-components.
