Culligan Home, part of Culligan Ireland, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair water treatment systems across Ireland. You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship.

The role offers a full-time permanent contract with a six-month probation, a salary of €42,432 per year plus a tax-free meal allowance and uncapped incentives, and a clear path for career progression.

Qualifications

• Some experience as an engineer or plumber, preferably in water treatment.
• Technical knowledge of filtration, softening, and purification systems; training provided.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification systems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Salary: €42,432 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance and uncapped performance incentives. On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €50,000

As an Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellence by maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems. You will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring optimal functioning of our systems and maximum customer satisfaction.
