Job summary

Culligan Ireland is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair water treatment systems across Ireland. The role focuses on diagnosing issues, carrying out repairs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in a field-based setting.

The position offers a full-time permanent contract with a 6-month probation, a base salary of €42,432 per year plus a tax-free meal allowance and uncapped incentives, with an OTE of €50,000. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Some experience as an Engineer/Plumber, preferably in water treatment.
• Proven ability to diagnose and fix equipment faults.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, including filtration and softening.
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on operation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate service records and parts used.
• Coordinate with installations and maintenance teams.

As an Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellence by maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems. You will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring optimal functioning of our systems and maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification systems
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance

Requirements

• Some experience as an Engineer/Plumber, preferably in the field of water treatment
• Technical knowledge of water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification is preferable however, full training will be given
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
