Job summary

CPM Ireland is recruiting a Field Sales Representative to promote National Broadband Ireland (NBI) broadband solutions across a Galway territory. You will engage homeowners face-to-face, drive sales targets, and ensure accurate reporting of daily activity and outcomes.

The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule (12pm–8pm) with uncapped commissions, a basic salary of 28,000–30,000 EUR, and benefits including a company van or car allowance, fuel card, lunch allowance, tablet and phone, and

Qualifications

• Door-to-door or field sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must be target-driven and customer-focused.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own designated sales territory.
• Meet homeowners face-to-face and promote NBI broadband solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Accurately submit daily activity and sales reports.
• Plan efficient sales routes and manage leads effectively.
• Maintain high compliance and customer care standards.
• Become an expert in NBI products, services, and installation process.
• Assist customers through the sign-up to connection journey.

Full training is provided. Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.

Join CPM Ireland as a Sales Representative on behalf of National Broadband Ireland (NBI), helping bring high-speed fibre broadband to homes and communities across the country.

What We Offer

• €28,000 - €30,000 Basic Salary (DOE)


• Uncapped Commission with €12,000+ OTE


• Company-branded van or €6,000 car allowance


• Fuel card provided


• €7 daily lunch allowance


• Company tablet and mobile phone


• Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm


• No weekend work

Requirements
