Job summary

CPM Ireland is recruiting a Field Sales Representative for National Broadband Ireland (NBI). You will manage a designated sales territory, meet homeowners to promote NBI fibre solutions, and strive to exceed targets with a focus on compliance and customer care.

The role offers base salary, uncapped commission with OTE, a company van or car allowance, and various employee benefits in a full-time capacity. Training is provided, with no weekend work.

Field Sales Representative | National Broadband Ireland (NBI)

Join CPM Ireland as a Sales Representative on behalf of National Broadband Ireland (NBI), helping bring high-speed fibre broadband to homes and communities across the country.

What We Offer

• €28,000 - €30,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
• Uncapped Commission with €12,000+ OTE
• Company-branded van or €6,000 car allowance
• Fuel card provided
• €7 daily lunch allowance
• Company tablet and mobile phone
• Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm
• No weekend work

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing your own designated sales territory
• Meeting homeowners face-to-face and promoting NBI broadband solutions
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Accurately submitting daily activity and sales reports
• Planning efficient sales routes and managing leads effectively
• Maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer care
• Becoming an expert in NBI’s products, services, and installation process
• Completing customer applications accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring customers fully understand their journey from sign-up through to connection

Experience That Would Be Beneficial

• Door-to-door or field sales experience
• Knowledge of NBI or the telecommunications industry
• Territory management and lead generation experience
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
