Job summary

CPM Ireland is recruiting a Field Sales Representative on behalf of National Broadband Ireland (NBI) in Mullingar. You will drive home visits, promote fibre broadband, and actively pursue sales targets with support from uncapped commission.

Hours are weekdays, with no weekend work, and company-provided tools and a van or car allowance are included. Full training is provided and prior sales experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage your own designated sales territory.
• Meet homeowners face-to-face and promote NBI broadband solutions.

• Submit daily activity and sales reports accurately.
• Plan efficient sales routes and manage leads effectively.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and customer care.
• Become an expert in NBI products, services, and installation process.
• Guide customers from sign-up to connection.

What We Offer

• €28,000 - €30,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
• Uncapped Commission with €12,000+ OTE
• Company-branded van or €6,000 car allowance
• Fuel card provided
• €7 daily lunch allowance
• Company tablet and mobile phone
• Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm
• No weekend work

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing your own designated sales territory

Experience That Would Be Beneficial

• Door-to-door or field sales experience
• Knowledge of NBI or the telecommunications industry
• Territory management and lead generation experience
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
