Job summary

Field Sales Solutions, partnering with Ferrero, seeks a Field Sales Representative to cover Dublin South and Wicklow. You will drive sales in grocery, convenience and wholesale channels, build strong relationships with store decision-makers, ensure products are well-displayed and available, and use data to influence in-store decisions.

You’ll work a 40-hour week, with a company car and fuel card, tablet and phone provided, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Excellent ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time-management.
• Passion for sales and Ferrero’s brand portfolio.
• Full, clean Irish driving licence.

Field Sales Solutions is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to work with Ferrero, one of the world's leading FMCG companies, known for iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thornton's & MANY MORE!

Ideal Location:

Dublin South

Territory you’ll be covering:

Dublin South / Wicklow

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Focus on driving sales within grocery, convenience, and wholesale sectors.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase brand visibility, product availability, and sales.
• Identify new opportunities to boost brand presence in stores, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available.
• Analyse and utilise sales data to engage with key stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Own your territory and manage relationships with stores in your area.

Salary & Benefits:

• €34,500 p/a basic salary.
• Opportunity to earn Up to 11.5% performance related bonus
