Job summary

Field Sales Solutions offers a Field Sales Representative role working with Ferrero in West Cork / Dunmanway. You will drive sales across grocery, convenience and wholesale channels, build strong retailer relationships, and leverage data to grow brand presence.

A full, clean Irish driving license is required and a company car is provided. The position includes a €34,500 base salary, up to 11.5% performance bonus, tablet and mobile phone, and 40-hour weeks with some flexibility.

Field Sales Solutions is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to work with Ferrero, one of the world's leading FMCG companies, known for iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thornton's & MANY MORE!

Ideal Location:

West Cork / Dunmanway (P12, P47, P81)

West Cork / Macroom / Dunmanway

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Focus on driving sales within grocery, convenience, and wholesale sectors.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase brand visibility, product availability, and sales.
• Identify new opportunities to boost brand presence in stores, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available.
• Analyse and utilise sales data to engage with key stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Own your territory and manage relationships with stores in your area.

Salary & Benefits:

• €34,500 p/a basic salary.
• Opportunity to earn Up to 11.5% performance related bonus
