Job summary

Standout Field Marketing is recruiting a Field Sales Representative to promote Danone brands across Mayo and surrounding areas. You will drive in-store presence, build retailer relationships, and negotiate displays while supporting daily travel requirements.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary up to €31,000 inclusive of bonus, plus a company car and fuel card. Standout Field Marketing is part of the Avidity Group and represents major brands across the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field-based sales role.
• A motivated self-starter, confident in building new relationships.
• Passion for Danone’s brands, products, and sustainability values.
• Full Irish driving licence (no more than 6 points or bans).
• Comfortable with daily travel and occasional overnights.
• Ability to undertake manual handling/heavy lifting.

Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing visibility and driving distribution of Danone’s leading brands across convenience and independent retailers in your territory.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising products and ensuring strong in-store presence
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers
• Negotiating and promoting incremental displays
• Actively increasing sales and distribution of Danone products
