Job summary

One Recruitment is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Ireland, tasked with generating customer leads through face-to-face sales. The role offers a base salary starting from €32,000, with potential earnings up to €50,000 in the first year.

Responsibilities include conducting door-to-door sales, promoting PrepayPower products, and hitting targets. Full training and development will be provided to help succeed in this role.

Compensation: €32,000 Base plus up to €15,000 OTE

The Field Sales Representative will generate new customer leads through face-to-face sales - helping prospective customers to analyse and take control of their energy costs.

What's in it for you?

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential customers and multiple property owners with a focus on high conversion rate.
• Promote and sell PrepayPower products/services.
• Consistently hit/exceed individual targets and KPIs.
• Execute strategic sales approaches to maximise customer engagement.
• Overcome objections and close deals effectively, ensuring a high success rate.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
• Continuously refine sales strategies providing feedback to optimise performance
• Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude.

Full training & development provided to succeed in this role.
