Qualifications

• Proven external sales experience, preferably in building products.
• Strong knowledge of building products, construction materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a designated territory.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building products sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and negotiate contracts as needed.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide timely feedback and adjust sales strategies.
