Job summary

Lam Research in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, Ireland, seeks a Field Process Engineer to support customer installations, evaluate process outputs, and document improvements across hardware modifications. You will work closely with Lam product groups and customers in Europe and the Middle East.

You will design experiments, analyze data, and develop new processes for existing applications, while mentoring junior engineers and delivering clear technical guidance on-site.

Qualifications

• PhD/Master/BSc with relevant experience as specified.
• Experience with ALD/Dielectrics deposition preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide process support at customer sites and perform DOE evaluations.
• Design experiments, collect data, and generate reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
