Job summary

AVASO TECH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Level 2 Field Infrastructure Engineer to deliver advanced onsite and remote support for network, EUC, server, and storage environments. You will collaborate with L3 teams, service managers, and customers to ensure stable, secure infrastructure operations.

The role requires 4–7 years of field exposure, strong networking, EUC, and server/storage skills, and the ability to work independently in onsite and remote settings. CCNA/VMware knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT / Infrastructure.
• 4–7 years of infrastructure support with field exposure.
• Solid hands-on networking, EUC, server, and storage fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Ability to work independently on site and remote scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced onsite and remote support for network, EUC, server, and storage environments.
• Handle L2 escalations, perform RCA for recurring incidents, and support change planning.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides; coach L1 technicians.
• Interface with customer IT teams and stakeholders during onsite activities.
• Stay current with evolving infrastructure technologies and best practices.
