Job summary

black.ai is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer in Ireland to handle the full technical lifecycle with customers. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are met and help shape the product roadmap.

Responsibilities include owning technical onboarding, diagnosing issues, and building custom workflows. Ideal candidates should have 4+ years of experience with strong coding skills and familiarity with integration protocols.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a forward deploy, implementation engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
• Strong working knowledge of integration protocols.
• Experience working embedded with enterprise customers or health systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers.
• Work directly with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Build tooling, scripts, and automation.
• Document, train, and build internal knowledge.
