Qualifications

• 4+ years in a forward deploy or customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS or healthtech.
• Experience with coding and integration protocols: REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM.
• Comfortable with ambiguous, high-stakes problems.

• Own end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers.
