Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Field Chief Operating Officer (Field COO) to bridge Europe’s major construction firms with Procore’s leadership. You will advise senior executives, translate business imperatives into technology strategies, and shape Europe’s digital transformation roadmap.

Reporting to the Field CXO, this high-visibility role blends revenue, product, and market influence. You will represent Procore at industry events, drive partnerships, and articulate a boardroom-ready technology

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the construction industry at director-level roles.
• Deep understanding of European construction landscape and regulatory dynamics.
• Strong P&L, risk management, and capital allocation expertise.
• Proven track record evaluating or implementing enterprise construction tech (SaaS/ERP).
• Exceptional storytelling and ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Trusted advisor to regional customer executives and C-suite leaders.
• Collaborate on 3–5 year technology roadmaps and link Procore results to KPIs.
• Demonstrate operational acumen with P&L, risk, and capital allocation.
• Represent Procore at European industry events and conferences.
