CPM Ireland is recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager to drive Vodafone Business sales across an assigned Irish territory. This field-based role requires meetings with senior decision makers at client premises to tailor Vodafone Business solutions and close agreements.

You will manage opportunities, exceed KPI targets and self-generate new business while maintaining rigorous CRM discipline and compliance. A car or car allowance, fuel card and lunch support feature among benefits.

Competenze

• Proven field sales experience in face-to-face roles.
• Experience in telecoms sector and B2B or commercial sales to senior decision makers.
• Awareness of the Irish business arena at local and national levels.
• Experience with opportunity management and CRM systems.
• Fast-paced, target-driven role with strong negotiation skills.
• Strong IT skills including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with drive to deliver results.
• Full clean driving licence.
