360 Search is seeking a Pensions Consultant to join its Business Development team in Ireland. This role suits a pensions administrator aiming to move into consultancy, with frequent travel to client sites and a balance of home and office work.

You will present on AVCs and pension benefits, tailor messages for active members and those nearing retirement, and support engagement campaigns across multiple schemes.

Qualifikationen

• Pensions administration experience and solid understanding of how schemes work.
• Good working knowledge of AVCs.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage large groups and individuals.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.

Aufgaben

• Travel to client sites to deliver engaging presentations to scheme members, with a strong focus on AVCs.
• Explain pension benefits, options and retirement processes in a clear and accessible way.
• Tailor presentations to different audiences, including active members and those approaching retirement.
• Sign members up to AVCs where appropriate.
• Support member engagement campaigns across multiple schemes.
• Respond to member queries following presentations.
• Work with internal teams to ensure messaging is accurate and consistent.
• Assist in developing presentation materials and communication content.
• Keep up to date with pension legislation and scheme rules.
