The role emphasizes delivering engaging presentations, explaining retirement options in clear terms, and supporting engagement campaigns to enhance member understanding and value of AVCs.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging large audiences and individuals.
• Highly organised, motivated and goal-driven, able to manage a diary and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations to pension scheme members across multiple schemes (in person and virtual).
• Explain pension options and retirement processes clearly and accessibly.
• Support member engagement campaigns, answer follow-up queries and explain AVCs.
• Adapt communication style to connect with diverse audiences, from site-based staff to retirees.
• Build strong relationships with members and internal teams to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Help shape engaging communication materials to simplify pensions and financial planning.
