Job summary

360 Search is seeking a Pensions Consultant to join its Business Development team in Ireland. This role suits a pensions administrator aiming to move into consultancy, with frequent travel to client sites and a balance of home and office work.

You will present on AVCs and pension benefits, tailor messages for active members and those nearing retirement, and support engagement campaigns across multiple schemes.

Qualifications

• Pensions administration experience and solid understanding of how schemes work.

Our client is a long-established Irish pensions and investment provider, working in partnership with employers to deliver pension, life assurance and investment solutions to their employees. With a broad range of investment funds and a strong focus on member engagement, they help companies support, attract and retain their people.

They are now looking to add a Pensions Consultant to their Business Development team.

The Role

This is a natural next step for a pensions administrator who wants to move towards a consultancy career.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will spend the majority of your time on the road, presenting to client companies and their scheme members on the value of AVCs and their wider pension benefits. The focus is on helping members properly understand their benefits, their options and their retirement planning through presentations, workshops and one-to-one engagement.

On days when you're not travelling to clients, the role is split between working from home and the office.

This is an activity target driven role. It provides information and guidance to members rather than regulated financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

The Package

• Salary of €40k - €45k
• Employer pension contribution of up to 10%
