E‑Frontiers is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth across Dublin and surrounding counties. You will identify new opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and develop lasting customer relationships from the field, supported by leadership and mentoring.

The role requires a proven sales record, packaging industry insight, and willingness to travel across the territory to meet targets and expand market share. This field-based position offers autonomy and career progression.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in business development, field sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in packaging industry, especially corrugated packaging or carton boxes.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and proactive sales approach.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing opportunities through to close.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and become a trusted commercial partner.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
