BMS Performance Ireland is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow the presence across Ireland.

This field-based role sells capital equipment and production solutions to meat processing, bakery and prepared foods manufacturers, managing opportunities from prospecting through to project win.

You'll focus on new business initially, with potential to develop long-term relationships and account management. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B field sales and new business development.
• Ability to identify prospects and generate opportunities.
• Comfort engaging with production, engineering and senior business contacts.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the food manufacturing sector.
• Prospect potential customers through field visits, calls and meetings.
• Build relationships with production and engineering managers and business owners.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend equipment solutions.
• Manage the sales process from enquiry to negotiation and project win.
• Develop a pipeline of capital equipment and production line opportunities.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Work with internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to growth.
