Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive – Safetywear & Workwear to drive new business across construction, manufacturing and logistics in Ireland. The role focuses on building a strong field-based territory and expanding premium safety wear solutions.

You will manage full sales cycle, meet decision-makers, and travel regularly. The package includes €45,000 base with €57,000 OTE, company car, health insurance and pension.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in business-to-business sales with commercial customers.
• Strong track record in new business development; cold calling & prospecting.
• Energetic, commercially minded and target-driven.
• Independent field-based sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Focus approximately 80% on new business development, targeting construction companies, manufacturing and industrial businesses, logistics providers and operations-led organisations.
• Manage approximately 20% of your time across existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen key accounts.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals and face-to-face customer meetings.
• Meet decision-makers in the field, understand their workwear and safety requirements, and present tailored product solutions.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting and initial engagement through to negotiation and close, with average orders valued at approximately €20,000.
• Take ownership of a field-based territory, travelling regularly to meet customers and develop long-term commercial relationships.
