Job summary

Kids Inc. seeks an experienced Fees Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the Fees Department, overseeing the administration, collection, and management of afterschool fees. You will provide leadership to the Fees Team and ensure accurate, customer-focused service.

The ideal candidate has a strong finance background, experience leading a team, and a passion for delivering high standards in financial administration and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, billing, accounts receivable or financial administration.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Strong understanding of financial administration, invoicing, payment processing and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, support and develop the Fees Team.
• Oversee administration, collection and processing of fees across programmes and camps.
• Ensure invoices are issued, fees collected and records kept accurately.
