Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Dublin 2 is seeking a skilled maintenance plumber with a bias toward plumbing and mechanical works to join our facilities team. The role covers operation and maintenance of modern corporate office buildings and requires you to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours, on-site.

You will carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, diagnose faults, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified plumber with QQI Level 6 or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Driving licence held and company van provided.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and building services.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
• Diagnose faults and implement solutions to minimise disruption.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and record-keeping.
• Support other trades and colleagues as needed.
• Participate in on-call rota for emergencies.
