You will respond to tickets, support room moves, assist with office services, and help ensure a great workplace experience across common areas, meeting rooms, and facilities.

This individual shall provide a positive experience at the client's offices, ensuring the building is functional, safe and providing a great workplace experience.
Performs a variety of operational functions in support of the Facility Services organization and in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, guidelines, and objectives. This position provides support in the areas of room moves and changes, maintenance tasks, some reactive ticket solutioning, and ensuring all customer facing areas are ready for receiving customers throughout the day, providing all services as per FM provision.
