Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the facilities team to deliver high-quality services.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and reports.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and monitor performance against SLAs.
• Manage budgets and monthly/quarterly reporting for site operations.
• Oversee soft and hard services, ensuring compliance with H&S regulations.
• Coordinate facilities maintenance, safety inspections, and urgent issue responses.
