Job summary

JLL in Ireland is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee soft and hard services for official buildings and staff residences. You will be the local client contact, coordinating with stakeholders to tailor services and manage budgets, contracts and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and communication skills to ensure high standards of facilities operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a facilities management role.
• Experience leading a team of facility professionals.
• Proficiency with MS Office and relevant systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of facility professionals and provide training and feedback.
• Act as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Negotiate and manage service contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and KPIs; drive improvements.
• Provide monthly/quarterly/annual reporting on operations and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate soft and hard services, maintenance, and repairs.
