• Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
• Lead, motivate, and support the Food & Beverage team.
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage service during busy periods, functions, conferences, and events.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, HACCP, and company procedures.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management.
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with the wider hotel management team to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional working environment.
