Job summary

The Address Collective in Ireland is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor with minimum 2 years' experience to lead the F&B team, ensure professional operation and customer service in line with company standards, and report to the F&B Manager.

You will implement SOPs, monitor health and safety, HACCP compliance, manage rosters, training, upsell, control payroll costs, and strive to meet departmental targets while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Food & Beverage supervisory roles.
• Ability to implement SOPs and maintain brand standards.
• Strong customer service focus and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of HACCP and health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team to ensure efficient daily operation.
• Supervise service, upsell, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and HACCP.
• Manage rosters and payroll costs in line with forecasted levels.
• Train staff and maintain stock and cleanliness per schedules.
