Lead multi-outlet F&B teams, drive guest satisfaction, and manage costs while upholding licensing, HACCP, and safety policies. A dynamic, hospitality-driven leader will thrive in this busy hotel environment.

• Experience managing multiple F&B outlets in a hotel or busy hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership to develop high-performing teams.

• Strong commercial understanding with budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams to high service standards.
• Ensure consistent service, presentation, and product quality.
• Manage stock control, ordering, supplier relationships, and costs.
• Support menu development, seasonal promotions, and F&B initiatives.
• Ensure licensing, HACCP, and health & safety compliance.
• Drive revenue and profitability through upselling and training.
• Support hotel-wide events and F&B activities as part of the management team.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic and commercial objectives.
