Job summary

Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the Restaurant and front-of-house team at its 5-star property. You will work closely with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless service, timing and guest satisfaction, while driving financial performance and team development.

The role requires proven front-of-house management experience in a luxury setting, with strong focus on bar and lounge operations, payroll targets, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Food & beverage front-of-house management experience.
• Proven ability in bar and lounge operations.
• Experience with payroll management and achieving payroll targets.
• Knowledge of brand standards and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations and team performance.
• Collaborate with Kitchen and Head Chef on timing, quality and service standards.
• Improve guest and employee satisfaction and financial performance in areas of responsibility.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans.
• Schedule team staffing within budgets and monitor labour costs.
• Maintain a strong on-floor presence to ensure guest satisfaction and recognition.
