Job summary

Hillgrove Hotel & Spa in Monaghan is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead the hotel's dining and bar operations, driving consistency, guest satisfaction and revenue growth across multiple outlets.

You will oversee service standards, menus, budgeting and cost control, develop high-performing teams, and partner with senior leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with The iNUA Hotel Collection's standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets to ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams to deliver high standards of service.
• Ensure consistent service, presentation and product quality across outlets.
• Manage stock, ordering, supplier relationships and cost efficiencies.
• Support menu development, seasonal promotions and F&B initiatives.
• Ensure licensing, HACCP and health & safety compliance.
• Drive revenue and profit through upselling, training and optimisation.
• Support hotel-wide events and F&B activities as part of the management team.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic and commercial objectives.
