Job summary

bē in Castledermot, Ireland is seeking a hospitality team member to greet guests and deliver service that meets our food and beverage standards. You will ensure quality, presentation and sanitation, while maintaining a gracious and professional demeanor across front and back of house areas.

Role includes assisting with welcoming and training new staff, leading by example, and contributing to a positive guest experience with a focus on teamwork and adherence to company policies.

Job Description

To greet and serve the guest according to hotel standards of food and beverage quality, presentation and sanitation, and in a gracious and professional manner. Display hospitality through positive personality with both guests and co-workers. Take pride in all facets of service, to include quality, appearance, cleanliness, for self, back of house areas and Front of house areas. To assist with welcoming & training new employees within the department and lead by

example.
