Job summary

Dawn Meats is recruiting a Logistics Administrator for our Carrolls Cross site in Waterford. You will coordinate export loads, liaise with sales, logistics and finance teams, and ensure timely delivery of orders. The role is based at the Carrolls Cross production site and requires strong administrative and communication skills.

The position is permanent and full-time, offering exposure to international freight, cold‑chain movements, and customer support in a busy logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with all members of the team in the logistics, sales and finance functions.
• Processing export shipping documentation daily.
• Co-ordinating export loads, booking cold store slots, freight forwarders, vets.
• Ensure stock is allocated to orders to fulfil shipping schedules.
• Liaising with account managers and haulage agents on logistical matters
• Telesales & Customer Support
• Purchase order generation and general admin support.
• Liaise with Planning scheduler/coordinator re stock/shipping timeline requirements.
