Job summary

CARVED KLN LIMITED is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join our team in Dublin. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes, while monitoring food and waste control.

HACCP trained candidates with at least 5 years of experience are required to uphold our high standards of hygiene and safety. The role is based in Dublin 2, with a 39-hour week and a salary of approximately €36,605 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a kitchen role.
• HACCP trained or HACCP knowledge is required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards of hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to menu standards.
• Monitor food and waste control and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Uphold high levels of food hygiene, health and safety.
