Job summary

Unipharmedtech is seeking a Service Support Administrator to act as the key interface with customers, coordinating the service lifecycle for Capital Equipment in the field. You will work closely with the Technical Services Team to manage service calls, quotes, orders, and invoices, ensuring SLA adherence and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities for field Capital Equipment, including repairs and servicing.
• Log and track service orders, quotes, and invoices in ERP systems.
• Liaise with engineers, sales, and finance to ensure timely updates and billings.
• Update customers on progress and schedule, including SLA monitoring.
• Prepare quotes and secure purchase orders from customers.
• Coordinate spare parts purchasing with suppliers and workshop bookings.
