RevUp Consulting is seeking a motivated Associate Consultant to join the executive search team. The role provides hands-on exposure to market mapping, candidate identification, and industry research across sectors in Singapore.

You will work closely with senior consultants to support senior-level hiring mandates, build talent pipelines, coordinate candidate outreach, and contribute to business development efforts. This position offers full-time employment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify opportunities.

• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations.
• Prepare candidate profiles and market intelligence reports.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Maintain CRM and candidate databases accurately.
