RevUp Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Regional Digital Director to lead its e-commerce business across six Southeast Asian markets during an eight-month maternity cover.

You will collaborate with local teams to drive online sales, improve market share and profitability, aligning with regional and global teams on strategic initiatives. The role requires regional e-commerce, digital marketing or commercial strategy experience, preferably with FMCG/beauty or personal care backgrounds.

Qualificações

• Regional experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or commercial strategy, including experience leading digital commerce across Southeast Asia.
• A background in FMCG, particularly beauty or personal care, is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set priorities across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and retailers’ own websites for six markets.
• Manage the regional e-commerce budget and decide where to invest for profitability.
• Lead development of campaign and launch materials for local adaptation.
• Pilot new social commerce and AI-powered discovery approaches for rollout.
