Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to regional leader and optimize calendars
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events across the EUCAN region
• Coordinate global travel planning and complex itineraries
• Maintain internal communications channels and digital signage
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and project trackers
• Support town halls, conferences, and events logistics
• Ensure messaging compliance across communications
