Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef to lead our hotel kitchen and drive culinary excellence. You will own the kitchen operations, guide a talented team, manage purchasing, and partner with F&B, Events, Sales and Operations to deliver outstanding service.

You will uphold HACCP, health and safety standards, control costs, contribute to conference and events growth, and shape kitchen culture while driving development within your team.

Qualifications

• Head chef experience in hotels or similar.
• Strong focus on quality and consistency.
• People leadership and development experience.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations for the hotel.
• Guide and develop our culinary team.
• Manage the purchasing and delivery of food supplies.
• Work with F&B, Events, Sales and Operations for communication and service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, health and safety and hygiene standards and hotel policies.
• Contribute to the success of conference and events services.
• Oversee the kitchen budget to meet targets.
