Dean Group's Glasson Lakehouse is seeking an Executive Head Chef to lead a high-volume, premium hospitality operation, delivering exceptional dining experiences and culinary innovation.

The Executive Head Chef will drive menu development, maintain strict food safety standards, manage costs, and mentor a skilled kitchen team across all service periods. This role requires strategic oversight, profitability focus, and a passion for guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years' experience as a Head Chef or senior culinary leader in a high-volume, premium hospitality environment.
• Proven track record in menu development, cost control, and delivering consistent quality.
• Strong leadership with mentoring and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Develop and implement kitchen policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Conduct training sessions and evaluations to improve skills and capabilities.
• Oversee probationary reviews and ongoing performance management.
