Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking an Executive Head Chef to lead the culinary vision across the Microsoft Ireland estate. This senior role sets and raises standards in food quality, presentation and service, and collaborates with senior culinary teams to deliver outstanding experiences for clients and consumers.

You will manage multiple kitchens, develop teams, optimize costs and drive wellness and sustainability across the operation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in premium contract catering or multi-site food operations.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergens, hygiene and audits.
• Excellent planning, organisation and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ireland culinary strategy aligned with Sodexo and client priorities.
• Lead menu development, culinary concepts, promotions and events.
• Provide visible leadership across multiple kitchens and service areas.
• Direct recruitment, succession planning and talent development for head chefs.
• Champion food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards across estates.
• Manage food costs, labour productivity, stock and waste; drive financial performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and consumers.
• Drive continuous improvement and introduce new food trends across operations.
