Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef to lead and elevate our culinary team within a premium hotel environment. You will own kitchen operations, drive excellence in all dishes, and contribute to strategic planning with cross-functional teams.

Your Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations for the hotel.
• Guided and developed our talented and motivated culinary team.
• Manage the purchasing and delivery of food supplies.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage, Events, Sales and Operations teams to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, HACCP, health and safety and hygiene standards and hotel policies.
• Contribute significantly to the success of our conference and events services.
• Oversee the kitchen budget to meet established targets.

What You Will Need

• Experience as a head chef in hotels or similar.
• Unrelenting focus on quality.
• Qualification in culinary arts or similar is desired.
• People leadership and development experience.
• A personal desire to be developed and to learn in your role.
• Proficiency in English and a strong communicator; comfortable in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
• Ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business.
