Gilligan Black Recruitment in Dublin City Centre is seeking a capable Learning Programme Manager for a hybrid role (2 days on-site). You will report to the Director of Executive Education and lead a team of Programme Specialists through delivery and improvements.
This role combines strong people management with strategic input, ensuring high-quality content, tools, materials and support while building key stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement within a collaborative culture.

Day to day you will be heavily involved in the management of your team, the oversight of their work and team development. You will be responsible for full programme delivery, from planning to delivery. This is a strong operational role with strategic input. Looking after the implementation of the strategic plan, looking after key stakeholder relationships, ensuring the quality of the programme, from content, tools, learning materials, and support is at the expected level. You will look after reporting, and improvements where available. This is a continuous improvement environment with a fantastic company culture, with collaborative working practice.
