Job summary

Cpl Group in Dublin is seeking an Education Manager to lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of professional education programmes. The role entails implementing the education strategy, managing programme delivery and driving learner engagement within a hybrid work model.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, educational partners and external providers to ensure programmes stay relevant, compliant and aligned with industry needs.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience managing people and teams.
  • 3–5 years' project management experience.
  • Experience within education, training, learning and development or professional learning environments.
  • Experience developing educational content and programmes.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards and learner support frameworks.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology platforms.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of educational programmes and learner support services.
  • Develop and enhance education programmes, qualifications and learning materials.
  • Drive innovation in learning methodologies, digital education and learner engagement.
  • Monitor learner feedback and implement continuous improvements.
  • Ensure programmes remain aligned with industry, regulatory and educational developments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional bodies and external partners.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes and compliance requirements.
  • Manage education projects, programme launches and development initiatives.
  • Monitor programme performance against KPIs and operational targets.
  • Prepare reports on learner engagement, programme effectiveness and satisfaction levels.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
  • Analyse education data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide meaningful performance insights.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team activities and project progress.

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Reports To: Director of Education & Development

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Education Manager to lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of professional education programmes. This role will be responsible for implementing education strategy, managing programme delivery, enhancing the learner experience and leading a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, educational partners, subject matter experts and external providers to ensure programmes remain relevant, engaging and aligned with industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Education Strategy & Programme Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of educational programmes and learner support services.
  • Develop and enhance education programmes, qualifications and learning materials.
  • Drive innovation in learning methodologies, digital education and learner engagement.
  • Monitor learner feedback and implement continuous improvements.
  • Ensure programmes remain aligned with industry, regulatory and educational developments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional bodies and external partners.

  • Lead, coach and develop a small education team.

  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.
Continuous Improvement
  • Review and update procedures, templates and operational documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
  • Monitor and address complaints, issues and quality concerns.
  • Implement corrective actions and improvements to enhance overall performance and customer experience.
Experience
  • 3-5 years' experience managing people and teams.
  • 3-5 years' project management experience.
  • Experience within education, training, learning and development or professional learning environments.
  • Experience developing educational content and programmes.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards and learner support frameworks.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology platforms.
  • Master's degree in Education, Learning & Development, Training or a related discipline preferred.
