Job summary

Enterprise Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Senior Executive - Equality, Diversity Inclusion & Wellness Lead on a fixed-term, one-year contract. You will champion an inclusive culture, drive EDI and wellbeing initiatives, and align the People Strategy with organisational objectives.

The role requires influencing senior leaders, delivering data-driven insights, managing budgets, and building external partnerships to advance equality and wellbeing across the agency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion is essential.
• Experience delivering People Strategy including wellbeing initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders on diversity and inclusion.
• Ability to use data to drive equality, diversity and wellbeing outcomes.
• Experience mainstreaming diversity in the workplace.
• Ability to manage budgets and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Equality, Diversity Inclusion and Wellness action plans.
• Develop, monitor and publish annual Gender Pay Gap and related reports.
• Deliver a portfolio of EDI initiatives and wellness programmes across the organisation.
• Coordinate campaigns, events, learning programmes and communications on inclusive behaviours.
• Develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and external bodies.
• Oversee the Enabling Culture pillar of the People Strategy and report progress to leadership.
• Implement data-driven programmes to enhance EDI and wellbeing insights.
• Collaborate with HR and business areas to ensure inclusive HR practices.
• Develop systems and policies to strengthen EDI impact in talent attraction and wellbeing.
