Job summary

EPIC Ireland Group in Dublin seeks a Director of People & Culture to join the Senior Management Team and shape the Group's people agenda across its diverse businesses and projects.

You will blend strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, designing organisation structure, workforce planning, culture and leadership capability, and reward, while leading the People & Culture function as a shared service across EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum, The CHQ Building and related projects.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in People & Culture or HR.
• Proven ability to design and implement organisation design and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's people strategy, organisation design, workforce planning, culture, leadership capability, employee relations, reward and people insight.
• Head the People & Culture team to provide a responsive, high‑quality shared service across the Group.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and enable ownership of teams.
